Job Vacancy Post: Renovation Specialist

Job Location– One (1) person per location

 Grade: Senior Officer

Duration: Six (6) Months – Fixed Term Position

Job Profile: The successful candidate will be reporting to the Regional Coordinator – A360 Project, Society for Family Health.

Job Profile: The Renovation Specialist will serve as the General Contractor for the 9ja Girls Program as it begins to expand to new states, LGAs, and facilities. This position is responsible for a wide range of tasks. They will work with local community officials to secure facilities for renovation, interpret and adapt design criteria for facilities, and work with contractors and vendors to ensure all facilities meet program standards. This role requires someone who is both skilled at designing, managing, and executing.


  1. First degree in Structuring/Building Engineering, Quantity Surveyor or interior design specialist
  2. Must possess a minimum of two (2) years post NYSC working experience.
  3. Must be ready to work in a team 4.

 Must pay high attention to details

  1. Must possess ability and expertise in managing vendors, e.g. contractors, builders, painters, etc.
  2. Must possess the ability to translate and adapt design/architecture blueprints and guidelines to various physical spaces
  3. Must possess the experience with medical/clinic management, including management of stockup and supplies Compensation & Benefits:
